Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds
  • If you change your mind within 72 hours of placing your order, we’re happy to refund your deposit in full.
  • After 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable, as time and materials have already been reserved for your project.


Satisfaction Guarantee
  • If you're not satisfied with your final product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to make it right at no additional cost.
  • Requests for changes after 7 days will be subject to a fee.


Artistic Style & Creative Direction
  • Every artist has a unique style. If you appreciate the work we’ve done for others, you’ll likely love what we create for you.
  • If our style isn’t what you're looking for, we kindly encourage you to work with another artist or company better suited to your vision—we truly want you to be happy.
  • If you request something outside our usual style and are unhappy with the results, you may forfeit your deposit or be required to pay for any changes.


Creative License
  • When you give us creative freedom, we’re thrilled—it allows us to do our best work.
  • That said, clear communication is key. If you have specific ideas, colors, or themes in mind, please share them with us in advance.
  • Art is subjective, and details matter. If you love blue and dislike green, let us know! It helps us deliver something you’ll love.


Returns, Exchanges & Gift Certificates
  • We’re happy to offer exchanges or upgrades to products of greater value. For example, if you purchased a $150 piece of Moss Art and wish to upgrade to a $400 piece, we’ll gladly exchange it and charge the difference—provided your original piece is in new condition.
  • We do not offer exchanges for items of lesser value. For instance, if you’d like to switch from a $150 piece to a $55 one, we cannot offer a refund for the difference.


Gift Certificates & Gift Cards
  • $50 Gift Certificates provided as a gift from Forever in Art are valid only towards products valued at $100 or more.
  • Gift Cards are now available for purchase and can be loaded with any amount you choose.
