Our Guaranty
We are confident that you will cherish your tribute piece as much as we enjoy crafting each one. Your deposit is fully refundable within 5 days of placing your order. If you aren't happy with the final product, we'll do our best to make it right, or refund your payment.
Knock on wood, we've never had to provide a refund, except in one case when the client received the portrait as a Christmas present and didn't need to order their own. lol
Payment Options:
We accept payments by Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, SQUARE, and E-Transfer.
We don't accept trades, or casseroles, or a year supply of cookies, but we do appreciate the offer.
We will consider a trade for a new Lexus - for sure. :)
